You can expect your appointment to last 60 minutes.
Please schedule an Initial Evaluation as your first appointment or if returning with a new problem. During this appointment I will be able to diagnose and propose a treatment plan.
A follow up appointment is any appointment following an initial evaluation, for the same injury.
Cash or check are accepted at the time of treatment. I do not accept or bill insurance of any kind as it allows me to provide a more customized and personal service without following the requirements and structure necessary for insurance companies. Thank you for understanding that getting you feeling better is my top priority.
